Policy change due to Covid-19: Until further notice, I am only offering virtual therapy services. When you schedule an appointment, I’ll be in touch with you regarding further instructions for our appointment. I’ve transitioned to using Zoom as my virtual counselling platform.
- What Is Online Counselling? -
Online counselling involves talking with me face to face on your computer, tablet, or mobile device. This form of counselling is a convenient and discrete substitute for in-office counselling. Best yet, it is in the privacy of your own home or office.
Advantages of virtual counselling:
Eliminates the anxiety of going to an office waiting room.
Delivers the convenience and privacy of having sessions in the comfort of home.
Creates a choice of more flexible appointment times.
- How does it work? -
Get in touch via email or phone to set up an appointment.
Once an appointment time has been set, I will send you a form you can fill out online. Clients will be required to create a Zoom account before our scheduled appointment.
All appointments will be set using EST – Eastern Standard Time Zone
Please note: Online or Phone Counselling is not suitable for:
